Quotes & payment: fixed quotes before work begins. Projects: 50% to start, 50% on delivery. Retainers and monitoring: billed monthly in advance, no minimum term and no notice period — stop whenever you choose. If a month’s payment is not received the service is suspended until the account is brought up to date, and resumes as soon as it is.
VAT: SCOTT&YOUNG LTD is not VAT registered. The published price is the price you pay — there is no VAT to add.
The Thame Pledge: businesses registered at a Thame address receive 50% off listed prices, on all services, as a standing rate.
Ownership: on final payment you own all deliverables — domains, sites, content, design files and accounts.
Ad budgets: paid directly by you to the platform; our management fee is separate.
AI use: we use AI tools in production; all output is human-reviewed. Your data is never used to train AI models.
Liability: limited to fees paid in the preceding 3 months; nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
